Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund

> If any user paid admission fees or Application Fee twice for one transaction ,the user will be informed us by email or Phone within 48 hrs.
Then one transaction amount will be refunded via Company or Company Authority within 7 working days . After 48 hrs, No refunded will be made.

> By mistake if any user paid wrong amount of fee againt his credentials, the user will be informed us within 48 hrs.
Then amount will be refunded via Company or Company Authority within 7 working days . After 48 hrs, no refunded will be made

 

Cancellation Policy

  • > Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
  • > Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.

Before shipping / delivering your service to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase.
